Peanut Butter Coffee Shake

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • About 1/2 cup chilled coffee
  • 1.5 oz. (about 1/3 cup) vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter powder (such as PB2 or PBFit)
  • 1 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon unflavored fiber powder (such as Benefiber)
  • Milk, as needed, to get desired consistency

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a smoothie cup blender until smooth and no chunks of banana remain. If more sweet is desired, blend in a bit of Stevia or maple syrup. Enjoy!


Notes

For a peanut butter MOCHA shake, you could add 1 – 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder and sweetener of choice, to taste. Or chocolate syrup.
