Ingredients

- 1/2 cup very well cooked/crispy bacon chunks
- 1 oz. dried morel mushrooms (or other dried mushrooms)
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup coarse sea salt
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Grind up the bacon chunks in a mini food processor until they are a fine crumb. Add the mushrooms and process until they are tiny bits as well.
- Remove the blade and pour into a bowl and add the salt & pepper. Stir to mix well. If you want a finer salt, use a spice or coffee grinder to grind into a fine powder.
- Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Use as a seasoning for veggies, dips, meats, eggs or anytime you want a little bacon flavor..
