Blue Cheese Guacamole

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 13 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • About 1 oz. crumbled blue cheese (or more or less, to taste)
  • 13 Tablespoons salsa, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork, then stir in the garlic, lemon juice, blue cheese and salsa.
  2. Taste and add blue cheese, salsa, or salt until your taste buds are happy. Dip away!
