Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 – 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- About 1 oz. crumbled blue cheese (or more or less, to taste)
- 1 – 3 Tablespoons salsa, or to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork, then stir in the garlic, lemon juice, blue cheese and salsa.
- Taste and add blue cheese, salsa, or salt until your taste buds are happy. Dip away!
