Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen gooseberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 of a banana, peeled and frozen
- 1/2 cup lowfat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup lowfat milk (I used 1%)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit. I used frozen gooseberries and bananas and fresh blueberries.
