Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups frozen cubed cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup apple mango juice concentrate (frozen, and NOT diluted! … if you can’t find apple mango concentrate or if you have some good fresh mango at hand, use apple juice concentrate and add some fresh or frozen mango)
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- a dash of cinnamon
- a pinch of cardamom
- 1 – 1 1/4 cups of lowfat milk (or more as needed)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Start with 1 cup of milk and add more if needed to get it as thick or thin as you like your smoothies. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
