Ingredients
Scale
- 6 oz. frozen sweet peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 oz. Greek cream cheese (or Neufchatel)
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 of a ripe avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green onion
- Juice of a wedge of fresh lemon
- A small handful of cilantro, leaves and tender stems only
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Robin Seasoning (or your favorite seasoned salt) & freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 Tablespoon or so of blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a handi chopper or mini food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Serve with veggie dippers, pita crisps or crackers.
