Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup (packed) fennel fronds, snipped
- 2 – 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a mini food processor. Add salt & pepper to taste. Drizzle over salads, salmon, pork, chicken, potatoes or use as a dipping sauce for fries or veggies. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
