Ingredients

- 4 oz. light cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded blend of Italian cheeses
- 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- About 10 pepperoni slices, chopped into bits
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1– 2 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a crockpot, stir together as best you can and cook on high for about an hour. Stir it a couple times in process.
- Once the cheeses are all good and melted, turn the crockpot on low. Serve hot with crusty toasts or breadsticks.
