Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber, peeled & sliced
- 1 – 3 heirloom tomatoes, chopped
- 1 – 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- Granulated garlic
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
- If desired: a little feta cheese, to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- If the peel of the cucumber is bitter, peel it. Otherwise, you can just slice it up and add it to your salad bowl.
- Chop the tomatoes and toss them in your salad bowl too. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with granulated garlic, salt & freshly ground pepper.
- If desired, sprinkle a little feta cheese on top. Enjoy!
