Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz. light cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder (such as PB2 or PBFit)
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 23 Tablespoons apple cider or apple juice
  • Optional: 1 scoop unflavored fiber powder (such as Benefiber)

Instructions

Stir together all ingredients until fully mixed. For extra fluff, use a hand mixer. Add more apple cider as needed if the dip is too thick. Serve with sliced apples and enjoy!
