Ingredients
Scale
- 3 oz. chevre (goat cheese)
- 3 oz. light cream cheese/greek yogurt mix
- 2 – 3 Tablespoons fresh herbs (I used dill, cilantro, tarragon, oregano and basil)
- 2 Tablespoons cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 Tablespoons sundried tomatoes
Instructions
- Soften the goat cheese and cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Put the cheeses with the herbs, bacon, and tomatoes in a food processor or handi chopper.
- Process until everything is chopped and mixed well. Use as a spread on crackers, sandwiches, wraps or crusty bread–or use it to add flavor to omelets, potatoes, chicken or other savory dishes. Or mix it with some Greek yogurt to make a nice veggie dip.
