For the bars:
- 1 cup espresso chips

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond butter, melted
- Chocolate and caramel syrup
- 3/4 cup roasted salted peanuts
- 3/4 cup toasted almonds
- 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur (such as Bailey’s)

- In a small mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, melted butter and melted chocolate until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the crust with the oats and chips, then drizzle with almond butter, chocolate and caramel syrup. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts on top, then the almonds. Stir the liqueur and vanilla into the condensed milk in a bowl, then drizzle the bars all over with the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- Bake at 350 F. for about 25 minutes or until the bars are set.
- Let cool completely, then cut into small bars. If desired, drizzle each bar with melted chocolate.
Notes
I recommend cutting these bars very small because they are very rich and decadent. Just a 1-inch square is really enough to satisfy. Eat it slowly and savor every luscious bite.
