Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup ketchup or chili sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 – 4 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use as a sauce for sushi or a dipping sauce for steak, chicken, fish or veggies or as a sandwich or burger spread.
Notes
The sauce is delicious right away, but even better after it has been refrigerated for a couple hours.
