For the crust:
- 3 cups crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 oz. dark chocolate, melted
For the bars:
- 6 oz. (1/2 a bag) of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz. (1/2 a bag) of peanut butter chips
- 6 oz. (1/2 a bag) of butterscotch chips
- 2 cups roasted, salted peanuts (lots!)
- 1 cup roasted salted cashews, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- Chopped toffee bits, for the top
- Extra chocolate, melted, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, melted butter and melted chocolate until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the crust with the chips and nuts, then drizzle liberally with caramel sauce and chocolate sauce, then warm the peanut butter to melt it and drizzle that over top as well. In a small bowl, mix the condensed milk with the Bailey’s and vanilla and drizzle that over top as well.
- Sprinkle the top with some chopped toffee bits. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until the bars are set.
- Let cool completely before cutting into small squares. After cutting, drizzle each square with melted chocolate.
