Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 – 2 teaspoons chopped jalapeno pepper, chopped
- Several cilantro leaves, chopped
- A pinch of granulated garlic
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Adjust the jalapeno, garlic, and salt to taste. Enjoy with fish, pork, chicken, or chips.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge.
