Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1 8-oz. package Heath English Toffee Bits
- 1 cup high-quality chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli semi-sweet)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Salted caramel sauce (recipe in this post) and chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Set the butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and set it in the oven to melt. Once the butter is melted, mix it around with the Oreo cookie crumbs and then pat the crumbs in an even layer across the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle about half of the toffee bits over the Oreo crumbs, then the chocolate chips, then the oats.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over top of the oats and top with the rest of the toffee bits and then the last cup of Oreo crumbs. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds, drizzle the top with some salted caramel and chocolate sauce.
- Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars. These are really rich, so cut them into little squares!
