Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- Leftover pot roast (recipe here)
- Chopped onion
- Chopped jalapeno
- Pepper jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla chips on a plate in an even layer.
- Warm the pot roast and pull off bits of tender pot roast to scatter about on the chips.
- Sprinkle with chopped onion and jalapeno.
- Top with pepper jack cheese.
- Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
