Ingredients

- 1 – 2 yellow or russet potatoes
- 1 – 2 Tablespoons avocado or olive oil
- Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute (or your favorite seasoning blend)
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges apiece. In a bowl toss them with the oil, making sure that each wedge gets fully coated with oil.
- Place the wedges on a baking sheet, cut side down and sprinkle them with seasoning, salt & pepper. Flip them over and season the other side.
- Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes or until they are starting to get crispy around the edges. Flip them over and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes or until they’re crispy on both sides. Serve hot.
