Quick Artichoke Asiago Broccoli

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small bowl-ful of frozen broccoli florets (about 0.6 oz.)
  • 3 teaspoons artichoke marinade
  • Red Robin Seasoning (or your favorite seasoned salt) & freshly ground pepper
  • A light sprinkle of granulated garlic
  • About 0.4 oz. freshly fine shredded Asiago cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the broccoli in a microwave safe bowl, sprinkle with Red Robin Seasoning and freshly ground pepper, then just a bit of the granulated garlic and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and repeat as many times as needed to thaw and warm the broccoli.
  2. Once the broccoli is thawed, add the artichoke marinade and toss to coat. sprinkle with about half of the cheese. Microwave for 30 – 90 seconds longer until the broccoli is hot and the cheese starts to melt.
  3. Move to a serving plate and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Enjoy!

Notes

If you have some of the artichokes from the jar left, then by all means, chop up some artichokes and toss them in along with the broccoli! I had nothing but that yummy artichoke-flavored marinade left, and didn’t want it to go to waste.
