Ingredients

For each quesadilla:
- 2 flour tortillas
- Cream cheese
- Several fresh raspberries
- Cinnamon roasted almonds, chopped
- Chocolate chips
- A bit of butter
For the top: Light whipped cream and a few more fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on one tortilla, then sprinkle with raspberries, chocolate chips, and almonds. Top with the 2nd tortilla.
- Warm a nonstick frying pan or omelet pan over medium heat, then brush with butter. Reduce the heat to medium low and slide the quesadilla into the pan. Cover and let cook until browned on the bottom. Carefully flip the quesadilla with a spatula and cook until the other side is browned and the chocolate is melted.
- Top with light whipped cream and fresh raspberries and serve hot.
