Ingredients
Scale
- About 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles (for more probiotics, use fermented pickles – recipe here)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 – 2 teaspoons mustard (I used spicy brown mustard)
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH: granulated garlic, onion powder, dill
- 1/4 teaspoon bacon salt (or salt)
- Pickle juice, if needed, to thin
Instructions
- In a mini food processor (or using a knife), chop the pickles into tiny pieces. Measure out the pickles AFTER chopping.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor (or a bowl) and process until smooth (or stir until well mixed). Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
- Enjoy immediately, or for best results, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
Feel free to use fresh dill in place of the dried if you have it. You’ll probably want more like a Tablespoon of fresh dill, but add to your liking.
