Description
A healthy savory dip made with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt that’s packed full of flavor thanks to sun dried tomatoes, garlic, onion and herbs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (or oven dried tomatoes! – recipe here)
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH: onion powder, Italian seasoning and granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or bacon salt)
- Optional: 1 – 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a mini food processor or small blender cup and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes
If you need to substitute for some of the Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, you can use some mayo or sour cream. You’ll lose out on some of the health benefits, but it’ll still taste great.
