Ingredients
Scale
- 1 shot spiced rum (I used Old New Orleans Cajun Spiced Rum)
- 2 shots mango nectar
- A couple wedges of lime
- A sprig of mint
- Ginger beer (I used Shocktop Ginger Wheat)
Instructions
- Squeeze and muddle a wedge of lime and a couple mint leaves in the bottom of a copper mug (or other cocktail glass).
- Fill the mug about half the way with ice. Add the rum and mango nectar, then pour the ginger beer over to fill the glass. Garnish with more lime and mint.
