For the crust:
- 3 cups crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 oz. dark chocolate, melted
For the bars:
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup good quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted
- Chocolate and caramel syrup
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
- 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
For the top: melted chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, melted butter and melted chocolate until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the crust with toffee bits, oats and chips, then drizzle with peanut butter, chocolate and caramel syrup. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts on top, then drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
- Bake at 350 F. for about 25 minutes or until the bars are set.
- Let cool completely, then cut into small bars. If desired, drizzle each bar with melted chocolate.
